Pathfinder Fund

TSP has now launched the Pathfinder (S)EIS Fund, which will raise and deploy capital from investors every tax year, across a number of high growth-potential companies. The structure will also accommodate non-EIS investors.

The Fund is classified under the FCA’s Sustainability Impact Label, reflecting its objective to generate measurable, positive environmental outcomes through investment in early-stage environmental technologies.

TSP’s investor base is largely comprised of HNWIs and family offices. Investments are typically SEIS & EIS eligible.

At TSP, we think of VC as ‘Venture Community’. Early-stage investing, particularly in climate and environmental tech, is a team sport.
